Dr. Lori Kall is Associate Professor and Director of Educational Leadership Programs at Point Loma Nazarene University (California, USA). She holds a Master’s in Educational Leadership and a Ph.D. in Higher Education Leadership. Her scholarship centers on equity and belonging in diverse educational contexts. She created the Pabulum model, comprising three inclusion-focused projects: Equity Apps for Leaders (to be published spring 2025, accepted into CSU’s Center to Close the Opportunity Gap), Inclusive Practices in the Undergraduate University, and the Nurtured Child School Project (K–8 pilot). She also co-leads an AI study on inclusive teaching using the Visible AI tool.
