Prof. Dzintra Iliško is a professor in Latvia, Daugavpils University,Institute of Humanities and Social Sciences. She has a Doctoral degree in Philosphy (Ph.D) Fordham University, USA and Master in Education,University of the West of England in Bristol, The United Kingdom. Her research interests are sustainable inclusive education, teacher training and sustainable competencies in adult education. She is the author of more than 100 publications, member of international scientific societies ISREV, ESWTR. She is the Chief editor of the Journal Discourse and Communication for Sustainable Education, an editorial member of number of International Journals. She is actively involved in networking and international projects, like NORDLUS TEN IP program: “Innovative and Sustainable Aesthetic Methods for Citizenship Education: Nordic and Baltic Perspectives” (ISAMCE); 2020-2023 Norwegian program: “Research and education” activity creating “Innovation centre in Daugavpils.” Norwegian financial instrument 2014 – 2021 and others.
