Mr. Riton Mondal, is a Research Scholar (Regular full-time) in the Department of Education, Aligarh Muslim University, Aligarh. He has completed B.A., M.A., B.Ed., & M.Ed. from AMU. He has qualified UGC-NET in Education and Sanskrit. He has been awarded with MANF-JRF fellowship (Five-year financial support for doing Research in India) from University Grant Commission, India. He is also the recipient of AMU Merit Financial Scholarship Award during my M.Ed. (2019-2021) Course. He finds myself interested in doing research to improve the teaching-learning process and environment for maximum output.
